Our Methodology

How We Approach Each Matter

1

Initial Enquiry

We review the details you provide and confirm whether the matter falls within our scope of practice. We are straightforward about what we can and cannot assist with.

2

Engagement & Document Review

We agree scope and fees in writing. We then review the relevant documents — scheme rules, contribution records, correspondence with administrators — and form our assessment.

3

Advice or Representation

Depending on the engagement, we provide a written legal opinion or proceed with representation. We keep clients informed throughout and discuss any material developments before acting on them.
